A home from home for your horse

Nestled into our working family farm, our DIY livery yard offers horse owners independence, flexibility and hacking through the woods. We have 13 stables that share the yard. Every livery is allocated a stable and paddock, but we do not provide any direct care for your horses: the responsibility for the daily health and welfare checks will always remain with the horse/pony owners.

We also offer an indoor training school and a grassy outdoor school. There are also plenty of private rides in our woods from which you can access Blackdown and Beacon Hill.  Liveries have access to a locked room in which to store equipment, a small kitchen and indoor seating area and a parking area.

Our current charges per calendar month are as follows:

Grazing - £107 per horse

Stable - £50 per horse

Use of indoor school - £10

Trailer parking - £10

Battery charging - £1

Liveries must attend their horses twice a day and poo pick their fields a minimum of three times per week.  All liveries must have electrified stand-off fencing. Dogs must be kept on leads and children must be always supervised. We have limited trailer parking space so cannot guarantee to be able to offer trailer parking to new liveries. We will require a reference from your old yard.

Occasionally a stable and paddock do become available, and we maintain a waiting list.  If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please click on the link below and fill in the contact form.
